Gil Smart says the GOP primary is over, Mitt Romney will win - but what of Ron Paul and his movement? And how come the conservative bloc can muster so little clout?

Paul also takes a sizable chunk of the gop vote from the non-Romney pool.

Is Paul just hanging around until no non-Romney candidate is still in the race or viable?

Could you see A Romney/Paul ticket? I think it would more likely be a southern governor, but then again...
