Thank you (McCaskill for Missouri 2012)

I'm happy — thrilled, actually — to report that we reached our revised, $750,000 end-of-quarter fundraising goal, thanks to your support.

When Claire challenged us on Sunday to raise $150,000 more than our original goal, I'll be honest, I was a little skeptical that we could pull it off. But I should never have doubted you.

Claire is already back out on the trail, but she recorded this video to thank all the supporters who contributed to our successful third quarter. Check it out:

In just a few days, we'll be submitting a report to the Federal Election Commission detailing our third quarter financial numbers, but as one of Claire's biggest supporters, I want to give you a sneak peek: we raised $5.8 million in the last three months.

This past quarter was truly record-breaking — not just for our campaign — but in the history of Senate elections in Missouri. We couldn't have done it without you.

I can't thank you enough for your support. We're in a strong position now to withstand the attacks from Akin and his backers and pull out the victory. But this election is still anybody's game, and I hope you'll stay with us through the end.

Thanks again,

Adrianne Marsh
