Xian Evangelist tries to rationalize prophecy for a Mormon President to save the Constitution

Rick Joyner expresses his hope that Mitt Romney will realize a prophecy about Mormons saving the US Constitution.

http://www.rightwingwatch.org/content/joyner-romney-white-horse

Rick Joyner has been optimistic about Mitt Romney’s chances at winning the presidency lately and floated the idea that Romney may even be the fulfillment of the “White Horse Prophecy” during an appearance on Jim Bakker’s show. After agreeing with Bakker that the differences between Mormonism and Christianity are merely minor ones, Joyner suggested that a prophecy that Mormons would save the U.S. in its darkest hour may be realized in Romney. While Joyner sounded hopeful about that possibility since it would mean Obama’s defeat, the prophecy, which has not been accepted by the LDS Church, goes on to suggest that “Mormons will control the government.”

Worm food when he passes on, just like every other creature on this planet. Can't tell you one revealed truth about the universe, because there ain't nobody there to reveal it to him.

They see themselves as a spirit in a god shaped shell so it comes as quite a shock to discover a large predator sees them as prey.

Then maybe rapture them into deep space for being the failed part of the experiment.

I can dream, can't I?

The first shaman must have thought, as he stayed behind in the cave by the nice warm fire after sending the others out into the savage cold to hunt and bring him back some dinner, "Sure beats working for a living!"

Many years ago, when I was in the evangelical game, I recall Baptist missionaries to Mormons in Utah speaking at our church. Their goal was to bring Mormons the true gospel of Christ and give them a shot at eternal salvation. My, how the times they have a-changed!
