Thanks to the world's mass delusion of climate change, disaster relief, if left unchecked will be occupying more and more of the federal budget and taking more and more money away from job-creating defense spending. So really, getting rid of FEMA would actually go a long way toward balancing the budget.

And here's a big old tag for anyone who's having any doubts that I'm mocking Mitt Romney...
