If they did, they would do it like Sean Hannity and pocket a big chunk.

to be so "anal". When the Fox "commentator" complained that the some of the people in New Jersey couldn't see the benefit because they didn't have power. Duh, ass-wipe the benefit was to raise money to help THEM (victims of the hurricane) in their time of need.
