Glad no one was hurt. Seems like it would be easy to be swept away or electrocuted, or covered in sewerage.

Maybe they could have tagged a few things too.

I would have been terrified of:

* getting washed away by the water
* hypothermia
* getting electrocuted by a downed wire
* toxins in the water

Seems they didn't stop to worry -- they just did their thing. Awesome result!
