this song is about an actual human being.

However- i congratulate you (or whoever made this video) on your efforts and agree wholeheartedly with the sentiments it proclaims.

it's about the visual.
On first glance, with the bannister railing in the back of "skin" color, I thought they were about to attack a long long nose to the face of this loser.
