How can anyone think that Romney's statements were a gaffe? If they were, then why did he double down on them the next day??? And, Romney's own parents were on welfare for some time. I'm sure they also saw it as a hand up, not a hand out! When have we ever seen Mitt Romney show any ounce of compassion??? Please, please let Romney get kicked to the curb tonight!
