Brainwashed Fox News Viewer: Shocking Climate Change Evidence Changed My Mind!

Published on Nov 30, 2012 by SamSeder

Jeff Orlowski's amazing new film Chasing Ice is not only a great movie, but it's changing minds on Climate Change. After watching the film, a loyal Fox News viewer gave a heartwarming testimonial on how the film changed her feelings on Climate Change and how she must take action to undo what she and Fox News has done...

This clip from the Majority Report, live M-F at 12 noon EST and via daily podcast at http://Majority.FM

Murdoch selling his kid out. Rove calling the shots on election eve. WSJ turned into a right wing rag. I am happy to See a spiritual awakening. Unlike O'Reilly she can change her mind and apologize.

Great to have you here! Protalker, 'eh? Do you by chance have your own talk show? We need as many of 'em as possible - that reflect and promote OUR point of view! We need you regardless! The more voices speaking out from OUR side, the better. We might just save our whole country that way!

He's pretty critical of Obama and some Democrats at times and I doubt he would be able to continue that stuff on MSNBC. He does really honest coverage of the Grand Bargain and budget issues and I just couldn't see it happening in MSNBC. Maybe on Current.

Some people (and a lot seem to be DUers) seem to have an emotional need to see/hear RW pundits, regardless of whether they think the content is true or bogus. Its like some kind of weird love-hate thing.

I know not everyone who watches fox can be completely ignorant and they are just ashamed to admit how wrong they were. Hopefully the more ridiculous fox becomes people will wake up. They may not make such profound statements as this woman but at least admit it to them self how mislead they were.

If this lady can go from outright denying that climate change exists to finally starting to accept the truth thanks to just this one movie, there is indeed hope.

.....If we Du's that say that to those ignoramus's/repubs we must also agree humans have not been on "earth" for "9000 Yrs" ,so there for climate change is still some what debatable, alas humans have been here alot longer."Piss off evangelicals".We in all of our Minuit length of time here, cannot definitively say for absolute, either way. But the Rethuglicans try to use this "theory" as a crutch to counter act their own insanity. They say we are the "crazies",truth is the truth hurts their bottom line and thats what they truly care about!!

graces to apologize. Unfortunately it probably is too late. FOX and Rush
should be tried for treason and I am not being over-dramatic.

The motivation for this woman's reversal is her children and grandchildren,
not your children or mine. It always has to hit them in their own backyard
before they give a damn. As I watched the people on the East Coast after
Sandy struck, I wondered how many deniers were rethinking their positions.
How many will learn when they try to rebuild on coastal land they will no
longer be able to insure it. the changes that need to happen as so drastic
and demand huge sacrifices that many are not willing to make.

If we had only listened to Jimmy Carter.

I think all of the Limbaugh/Faux Snooze types I know think they have all the answers because they listen to those media. For that woman to spend her money to watch Chasing Ice shows a degree of open-mindedness which I rarely, if ever see in a Faux Snooze/Clear Channel talk show listener.

The trailer does not say anything about climate change. Also, some people see films as "blind previews" where people have an opportunity to see a film for free, but have little or no information about the movie beforehand.
