focused on anything that does not benefit the American people. They filed an emergency injunction to uphold the NDAA bill to hold US citizens without charge for no given time.

with Matt on this is, no one was indicted.

He is completely off base in calling for "high-level" indictments because that would be incredibly difficult to prove their involvement. What we we get is a bunch of (much) lower level employees indicted. To which, Matt will complain that these employees were sacrifical lambs.

I think the solution, though, might be in these fines AND lower level indictments, but only after passage of a financial irregularities whistle-blower protection act, that is strong and protective enough that these lower level employees can refuse to engage in the illegal conduct and whistle-blow, if retaliated against.

Instead we leave them alone and hope they won't do it again. That's not much of a disincentive from doing it again though.

"leave them alone and hope they won't do it again." I said enact a strong Financial Misconduct Whistle-Blower law, then prosecute the low-level managers that L/E can prove cases on ... and prosecute those directors that retaliate against those managers that whistle-blow.

Eventually, there won't be enough soldiers willing to charge up the misconduct hill.

they are in charge and charges should be brought against them
If they are not in charge then they should not get the big bucks

The buck stops at the top .......... they need to take responsibility
