Anybody have a link to video of Cheney referring to the Constitution as "quaint"?

I remember the vague reference, but not the specifics. I think he might have said it on a panel show, maybe MTP? I know I have searched for it before without luck, and still no luck most recently. Really trying to find this...Anybody? Thank you.

for some reason. And the key word was "quaint". Which sounds like something Darth would say. I just am not 100% certain though. Checking your link now. Thanks.

I think about the Geneva Conventions, maybe also the Constitution. Now I'm curious.

The Geneva Conventions "quaint" and he also said the Whitehouse rules don't apply to him when he was VP.

I looked up Cheney quotes on the Constitution.This is what I found...

In the Minority Report about the Iran Contra hearings.Then Rep. Cheney asserted:

"to the extent that The Constitution and laws are read narrowly, as Jefferson wished,the Chief Executive will on occasion feel duty bound to assert monarchical notions of prerogative that will permit him to exceed the law"

Freaking amazing that he suggested the President can ignore the Constitution.

We were warned about him back then.
