btw, he considers himself a democratic socialist and has worked with the democratic socialist party in the past (hence why hes independent).. id imagine hes an active member... i dunno that for sure tho

im pretty sure the DSPs platform these days is to work from within the democratic party versus attempting to be a stand alone , put your own guy up, kind of organization
