I started reading a different newspaper with different comics, and I was introduced to Zippy and the novel,"Siddartha," about an Indian ascetic trying to find enlightenment at the same time (reading material for one class). And somehow the characters have become fused in my mind due to Siddartha and Zippy's unique spiritualities, foreign garbs, and interesting appearances.
