I was thinking of the old joke where a woman is at the post office and the clerk tells her she has put too much postage on an envelope, and she says, "oh, dear, I hope it won't go too far."

Recently I had three days of blurred vision, and was quite concerned for my eyesight.
Then I noticed my glasses were smeared and needed cleaning.

Hey, give me a break ~ I'm 71.

Cataract surgery highly recommended (by me. I'm 72; had it at 70 and 72.)

And until they do,
my insurance won't pay for it.

I'll wear 'em for a few days, see how they fair.
