My wife also would not leave me alone with Helen Mirren.
And speaking of Mindy Kahling, she's really high on the list.

I just love his music, what can I say? I dont daydream about kissing with him, but his magic music gave me some of the greatest joy of my life, over the years, and I am grateful to him for that. And I wish him happiness, and if he gives a concert in heaven, I hope I can get a front row seat.

(7,809 posts)the TV show Who Do You Think You Are? For those who don't know the show, each episode is the genealogy of a celebrity going back as far as possible, usually spending a little more time with particularly interesting ancestors.
They did an episode on Patrick Stewart and his early childhood was a life experience on how not to be or act. If you want to see it, go to YouTube and put "who do you think you are patrick stewart" in the search engine. It may bring tears to your eyes.

(1,639 posts)But I do have a fairly consistent type.
My male kinfolk are short, dark-haired and olive-skinned, so my crushes tend towards tall, wiry blonds and redheads.
Dennis Quaid is sorta blond, whereas Denis Storhoi is very much so. Kenneth Branagh and David Wenham are my two favorite redheads. Jesse Spencer is blond, and having a crush on Chris Hemsworth is practically a medical test to determine if you still have red blood cells and functioning neurons.
Currently, I have a thing for Brian Klugman, whose hair is sort of dark blond to light brown while his beard is reddish.
My one gay celebrity crush is Catherine Oxenburg, who looks very much like Jesse Spencer. I guess that proves that even when a penis is not involved, I still prefer blondes.

Zooey Deschanel

Candice King
Ashley Greene
Salma Hayek
Emma Stone
Alison Sudol

Lili Reinhart (new crush)
Camila Mendez (new crush)
Olivia Holt (new crush)
Only a few have fallen out during the last few years. Katie Holmes fell out because she got weird. Amber Tamblyn was once high but fell out. I had Kris Williams the former ghost hunter in, but she went hard right wing. Kris's comments on feminism make Kaley Cuoco's look super tame.
