Advertisers Must Think We Have The GDP Of A Small Country To Spend On Gifts.

I mean seriously? The ads this season are bordering on completely insane. Thousands in jewelry. Big screen TVs. Luxury cars. Expensive smart phones. Tons of money on expensive clothes. Front row concert tickets. First class travel. Crazy expensive toys for the kids. And the stocking stuffers! Don't forget the stocking stuffers! Just once I want to see a realistic Christmas ad. Most of those people wouldn't be able to afford the giant bow to put on their expensive Lexus. And how do they expect people to pay for all this shit? It's madness!

were the leadership program at martial arts for my grandsons, a night out without the kids for my son and daughter in law, a Celtic Christmas show followed by an Ethopian dinner for my daughter and son in law, and 4 days at Siesta Key for my other daughter and her boyfriend. I think this is perfect, and it leaves nothing to put in storage later.

Target, Best Buy, Newegg, Walmart, Amazon. Totally obscene though.

If you have ever tried to sell a diamond back to a jeweler, you know what I mean.

Excluding the little grandchildren, of course. My grandchildren deserve to be spoiled rotten.

about those articles with gift ideas. Like, who spends that much? Nobody buys me a new iPhone, that’s for sure.

I'm not getting a 65" big screen, or a Lexus GX460, or a Galaxy Note 8. I really want to know what the people who make these ads are smoking.

I agree, have seen numerous commercials for new cars - with the big bows on top!
