I was taking Amtrak to Los Angeles and on the last night, the dining car 'broke down' before dinner service. So that night they called ahead to the KFC in Barstow (as I recall) and bought 2 piece boxes for all of their passengers who had booked berths, since that fare included all meals. I was SO hungry, I ate everything, and I don't usually like dark meat chicken. However, nothing about the meal ever enticed me back to the franchise.
