I closed the office today. Snow in Atlanta!

I don't have any authority but two people texted me and I told them not to try and drive in to work. Then I texted the others and said nobody was going in. It's a small company and it's not life or death... except if you try to drive in this mess.

The snow is powdery. My dogs are LOVING it! They keep snooting in it so they look like they have white mustaches.

how the local news stations canceled regularly scheduled programming just to show people driving in the snow? Did we need hours of this coverage? LOL

3. Yes if you are not used to driving on snow or ice, better to stay off the roads.

5. How many inches? Powdery snow is actually not too bad to drive in. You get traction in...

the powder. Slushy, wet, heavy snow that ices over is when driving is treacherous.

but two employees live way out in the burbs so there was no point in even trying that. Nothing urgent to be done at the office.
