Who makes Target's Up&Up toilet paper?

I've been looking around for about an hour, and there's a lot of info on who sells it (Target, duh), but I'm not seeing anything on who and where they get it from.

Basically, I'm trying to avoid Koch-owned products and Koch-like-entities-owned products if I can.

and am having the same problem. I suspect that store brand products are manufactured by a variety of companies and are wholesaled to the retailer from a variety of sources, not always the same sources week to week.

I'm starting to feel like it's all POS paper companies anyway.

Kinda like asking which prison makes my license plates.

So, I switched to Bounty.

The generic toilet paper is made in Mexico.

What sucks is Koch products are used in our roads, buildings, fertilizers etc. etc. etc.

I don't think boycotting their consumer paper products hurts their bottom line, but I still do.
