as the store was out of prepared when I went in. they had wet nixtamal but I haven't ever tried it, can it be ground in a food processor? I always do the add-my-own broth-and-lard part, haven't ever seen fully prepared masa before, though I understand it exists.

bonus point to me, beef was homegrown. LOL

Yeah it comes ready made in a tub to use for tamales, at least here in Chicago .
Maybe that is in bad taste elsewhere
