Questions for Ecommerce business owners

Asking here because there doesn't seem to be much activity in the small business group.

Two questions for people running small business websites.

1. Do you have any recommendations for live chat apps - my site is on shopify.

2. What have you done to increase traffic to your site? Adwords? Facebook/other social media? E-mails?
