my dental hygiene is kinda complicated...But it really takes up too much time, IMO....

If you're into Waffle House-quality comestibles, recommend brushing after eating; there's less chance of tasting the food that way.

is to brush (with mouthwash) after breakfast/brunch, and do the same thing along with flossing right before going to bed at night.
