Madman Across The Water
Elton John
1971
A classic -- even though I have heard these songs on the radio a zillion times -- they just never get old. Takes me right back to my high school days .....
Includes "Tiny Dancer", "Levon," "Madman Across the Water".

(11,802 posts)Picked it up at a second hand shop in St. Joseph, MI. Pristine condition. This album really got me into Sir Elton about 12 years ago.Always liked him.Grew up with him on the radio.Never owned anything of his until this. Then i became a FAN.
Funny thing, after i got into him, as i'm singing along in the car,i realized just how much of an influence on my singing this guy is. I mean, I'd heard him on the radio probably since i was born. As i was singing along, I'm noticing accents and trills that are identical to what i do. And i didnt really discover him until my mid 30's! Crazy right?
Anyway,i love this album! Levon,Tiny Dancer, Razorface, and Holiday Inn? Killer!
