I was listening to an hour or so of Marion McPartland on the radio today, but personally, I would consider suicide an option if murder were not possible should I be subjected to another bagpipe tatoo.

We all have our limits.

No you're not.

I've seen Cardi B two times, and was not impressed. She's unintelligible, allegedly lifts music from other artists, and she's being shoved down people's throats.

The music industry and most of the music produced now-a-days is a joke. There are some good acts out there but not many, which is WHY I choose to listen to music mostly of MY generation and before (I'm soon to be 57).

My mom HATED the Sugar Hill Gang more and more each time I played Rapper’s Delight as a kid. Then she hated Tupac and Biggie, though for very different reasons. Neither of them was talking to my mom, and she wasn’t trying to hear them.

My younger, female cousins can’t get enough of Cardi B. I can’t say I hate her music, but I’m much, much happier when I don’t hear it. Cardi B isn’t talking to me, but I’ve tried to listen in a few times.

Interestingly, most folks I know LOVE their parents’ music.

I personally don't care for it, but hey, whatever floats your boat...

In my opinion, rap shouldn't be called music, though - it's 'spoken poetry'.

We were watching last night and it was impossible to understand what she was saying. It was like trying to hear Morse code in a woodpecker's rat-a-tat.

I really really try not to be an old fogy with today's music, but damn.

I usually FF the musical acts on SNL. I almost never enjoy them.
