5. There is supposedly a loophole in the Constitution that would allow to legally turn the US into a dictatorship. So far, there is just a good guess what this loophole would be.

4. Congress has the power to turn you into a privateer. (A state-sanctioned pirate.)

3. The President and Vice-President can switch places anytime they want.

2. Texas could split itself into 5 States if it wanted to.

1. Convicts can be sentenced to slavery.

5. I lean toward "nope" but was interested to see this one. I like their explanation that Article 5 is the ticket. I think the prospective dictators would have to successfully rig elections in 3/4 of states to make this work.
