An idea for a flip this house television series concept.

Call it Flip and Strip. First you buy a distressed property at low cost. Then your rehab and sell it. But it must all be done in the nude. Carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting and landscaping all done in the nude. Would you watch?

Such as when operating power tools. Or squeezing into crawl spaces to fix something.

And no, I wouldn't watch it myself.
