TinyKittens has 3 pregnant ferals cats. one in labor now if you'd like to see

Ramona is the one in labor right now. She is a beautiful panther about 18 months old and is expecting 4 or 5 kittens. Shelly has been able to pet her a bit and she has been gradually getting a little less scared.

It's live, so it can be graphic.

3. I love kittens but I'm too squeamish to watch kittenbirth.

Watching human childbirth would probably make cause me to pass out.

But you can't really see anything that might trigger squeamishness

She has been allowing Shelly to pet her a lot. She is the next one expected to give birth. She's 4 or 5 years old so has had many litters out in the wild. When she first came in they did a sonogram (not exray) and saw 4 possible kittens, but she got so large after that they now think more like 6 will be born, a few were "hiding". she is huge. She purrs a lot.

this video is hilarious. when shelly came in the room they exit the back of the cabinet (because they were scared) and she was petting them through the opening. Chloe was on top of Ramona. so silly.

Ramona has been great so far letting shelly handle the kittens. Chloe will probably let her help her too. Rula on the other hand does not like humans and has been hissing and punching, so Shelly will probably NOT be able to assist her and her kittens, so it will be interesting. She always comes up with a way to get to the kittens though for weigh-ins.

15. she has a while to go, another week perhaps, so she just might learn to trust human a bit more.

also if she is not socializeable Shelly thinks she'd be a perfect barn cat. at least that way she'd be taken care of and still enjoy the outside.

in the wild only 25 percent of kittens survive. that is a very sad statistic. and at least Little Prince had some warmth and love and food in his short time. I don't even like to imagine what becomes of them out in the wild.
