I don't know if Tommy had other hits. But there are scores of Tommy Roes from the 60s and 70s. Bryan Hyland comes to mind...I know he had hits with "Itsy Bitsy Teeny Weeny Yellow Polka Dot Bikini" and his cover of "Gypsy Woman," but beyond that, I'm lost.

It's not a GIANT leap from "Dizzy" to "Sugar Sugar," and the hills are alive with this kind of music.
