Be Well program at work. I just started it. Main intent is lowering bad cholesterol & losing weight

Tried yoga this morning. Part of the challenges in the program. First one was intermediate level. Um. Yeah. I'm 51 and haven't been able to touch my toes since the flip of that! (Meaning 15. Heh)

Anyway...

Video showed instructors as graceful as swans. They looked like flowing sine wave charts.

I looked like a series of broken right angles!

don't compare yourself to others, only to yourself (other than just in humor, I get that one for sure! LOL)

I hope you’ll give us updates. I’m just starting a fitness routine and I’d love to hear about your progress and be inspired. I enjoyed your writing style in your opening post.

Are you still trying the yoga? I really like Tai Chi. It works for the core and to build balance. Plus it makes me calmer and less apt to get caught up in emotional eating.

Thanks for your update.
