oatmeal

This morning I got off work and took my two boys to the diner. And It was enjoyable as we met a little guy. Who was in a high chair just enjoying his oatmeal. Every time his mother would get a spoonful his little feet would start moving as well as his arms and mouth wide open. And then he would let his mom know hey more of that good stuff. As a father it brought back memories. And I told our one son you were so cute what happened Now your moody and getting through puberty. Then I reached for his fork and said come on let dad feed his little man,I got really sad knock it off.

I always enjoy your observations about your family, pets, and the little things in life that make you smile. You have a real talent for it!

pancake with a fork after I joked when I tried to feed him like a baby with a spoon and he said " no let me practice ..
because some day I may be feeding you! " *

*Some would find this rude from a youngteen, but it's just our type of family humor
