That is the only kind I ever use on ice cream. Smucker, Bosco and Hershey all make sugar-free chocolate syrups now.

They're so rich, I can only eat half a bar at once. They use good Belgian chocolate. Not waxy at all.

Some of them have so many things added to them, they don't need toppings. On vanilla, anything goes, although a dusting of cardamom is quite lovely.
