If you use the "Laugh/Cry" emoji, I have but a simple request.

Stop.

Whatever it is, I'm sure you're not actually laughing to the point of tears in your eyes.

Also, the "laugh cry" emoji is not a proper response in a debate, any debate, no matter how ridiculous you think a position is.

So again, stop.

It's nothing but noisy derision, and while I agree that some posts may deserve mocking, it's probably better to say nothing in those cases, IMO. The laughter one only provokes irritation and responding in kind.
