I have two others: Miss Millie and PufMan. All of the cats that I have ever had were either strays, rescues, or give aways.

A moratorium on cats. At least one day a week. A cat Sunday for perpetual cat Monday.

Like cats but sick of 'em. Cats everywhere. Cats in brown paper bags. Cats on toilets. Cats attacking pit bulls. Cats playing with cats. Cats watching YouTube. On YouTube. Enough with the cats already. "Awed" 'til you're sick. Cuteness 'til you cringe.

And they saw this new species come along, very industrious, and thought, hey, let's hand everything over to these guys and we can just catch a few mice and lie around all day, lick our fur and yawn. We'll act real cute and everyone will love us.

Don't fall for it. We think we're playing with them. They're playing with us.
