I was looking at Sling TV but I found no evidence it works with Chromecast, which I have, and I do want a Roku Stick, but that's a couple of months away.

(26,549 posts)commercials but the on demand stuff and even some movies are packed with ads. Additionally one cant fast forward recorded shows to avoid the commercials! 🤬

(26,549 posts)only has commercials on the live programs but also the on demand and recorded shows. For example Im currently watching Fargo Season 1 on demand and its loaded with ads.

(34,115 posts)while I do other things. The ads don't come back if you watch that show again that same day. I don't know about the next day, they would probably come back.

(34,115 posts)I had kinda noticed that but did the play the show while I worked and then watched it a couple of hours later and there is a little pause then the show goes on. I also noticed it if I got interrupted and the show went on and I backed it up, the ad was gone. I hope that works for you. I have not seen it work if you wait more than just that day though so let us know if it does! That would be awesome!
