Things would be a lot easier if everyone had the same birthday.

Then I wouldn't have to remember everyone's birthday. This would make me happy, since as you know, everything that happens in the world centers around me.

I think Congress should create a bill which states that all birthdays are on
June 1. You may think another day would be better, but I choose June 1, so that should be the date, because it is the one I prefer.

This way, on June 1, you could just wish everyone you see a 'Happy Birthday Day' and be done with the whole goddamn thing for the rest of the year.

I'm busy. I have other things to worry about besides when your stupid birthday is.

Then I wouldn't have to hear..."You forgot my birthday". That embarrasses me, and it's a crime that a person of my caliber should feel embarrassed.

It wasn't until I went to elementary school that I realized that was not normal. It made sense to me as a kid that they had the same birthday since they were a pair - they were always on the same page when it came to us kids and they were almost always together unless one of them was at work.

It was a shock to discover that none of my schoolmates' parents shared birthdays!

My husband being a fairly smart man kept things simple. We married on my birthday. Now he only has one date to remember about me. Of course, on years like this one, when he was out of town for my birthday and our anniversary, it makes it doubly aggravating ( a very mild word) when he didn't bother to call and the only thing he brought home was a tee shirt for me.
