She attacks the water hose and will only retreat once I give her a good soaking. Then she comes back for more.

until we had to conserve water in CA. I didn't want my neighbors to report me (we were encouraged to report misuse during the drought) so I turned on the tub's faucet and she would stand in the tub and "snap" at it for 15 min if I let her. I would find her standing in my dry tub as a visual hint to turn it on for her.
