He learned guitar and banjo growing up, and never took formal lessons, so his guitar always has a little banjo. He's one of the best guitarists, IMHO. Fleetwood Mac did a double live album in the 80s, and you can hear some incredible work on that.

He's a great musician, I'll give you that. But there are equal or better musicians who are less quirky. Not that I'm against quirks in a musician, or any artist...I'm one of the biggest Frank Zappa fans you'll ever find. It's just that I've always found his quirks to be a little creepy, and given a choice between listening to Lindsey or just about anyone else, I normally go for just about anyone else.

That's just me...not trying to convince anyone to like or not like him.
