are Tues - Thurs the minute the office opens, in my area it's 9am. Usually have no trouble getting right through to the local office at that time.

Well y’all, I’m happy to say I just called them just after eight in eastern time, And I didn’t have to wait! I got a hold of somebody and got an answer and I hope it’s right.
