The holidays are coming

One year around the fall holidays, as an adult, I was remembering the pumpkin pies my mother used to make.
Thinking it would flatter her for me to ask for her recipe, I wrote and requested it.

She sent me the paper label from a can of Libby’s pumpkin containing the recipe.
