Something not right with that guy either. What would it cost to put all that stuff on one's own car, just to pretend to be a cop?

I hadn't thought of that. And, if he claimed to just be trying to protect the public, what crime was in progress from which the public needed protecting was in play with TWO COPS IN THE OTHER CAR?
