I didn't know her name, but there is something about her. She's so little, but she appears to have an intelligence and understanding far beyond her years.

I taught first grade for almost 15 years and I did have a few kids that were really gifted. I always wished I had more of them...make my job easier.

I told my mom to get it for her and she made a face of disgust and said no way.
This makes me so sad, but at least my 22 daughter has her head on straight.
