Pity that person who told someone that s/he would be someplace else and is now clearly in the subway.

...although I didn't see things like many of those pictures, it brings back memories of my youth anyway.

I didn't realize they allow animals on the subway these days, that's surprising.

Maybe we can introduce the guy reading the book about meeting women on the subway to the woman with the cat inside her coat - she's kind of cute, probably his type.

The MTA requires dogs to be in a crate or carrier but did not define those terms. Those bags, even the one with the holes for the dog's legs, can at least arguably be carriers.
