Merry Christmas, 1947, (?) from the Tucker Corporation

This Tucker Corporation Christmas greeting card is probably from December 1947 as it illustrates the basic design of the Tucker '48, but it has non-production trim.

Find it at: Preston Tucker

Preston Thomas Tucker (September 21, 1903 – December 26, 1956) was an American automobile entrepreneur.

And we see that he died on the day after Christmas in 1956.

old, my dad and I got in the car one evening and went and looked at the Tucker. It was quite a big deal back then. I know my dad, who always loved cars, was impressed. Not enough to buy one, probably price was involved but he liked the car nevertheless.
