It was a long night. Suspicious cars outside and a cop (I called them) clearly waiting to pounce. Nothing happened but I'm always freaked out on New Years Eve.

(1,975 posts)thanks to the idiot a few blocks away that has a friggin' CANNON, I'm not cooking yet. It'll be after I've slept enough to not render everything impossible to eat!
I don't mind the fireworks and the guns, that's normal. But a CANNON????
Silent night, holy night will be back soon, I hope!
Sending all DU'ers love, peace and happy for the New Year!
