A Buddhist country with a constitutional monarchy. Bhutan does not measure gross national product. It measures National Happiness. It regularly polls the population about how happy they are. It's the only country with a Ministry of Happiness.

Bhutan has more acreage (hectares?) of national parks and wildlife refuges relative to its land size than any other country. Tourism charges a $250/day tax, but that includes transportation access to museums and temples. Not certain if that includes hotel too.

a country in the Caribbean. Almost any one would do. Of course they will have to pay my travel expenses and only the best hotels for briefings. Oh, about 6 times a year.

It's a limited monarchy with a strong parliament. They mind their own business in foreign affairs.

Plus, it would be cool to have a day where 35 dump trucks full of tomatoes rolls into Chicago, or Seattle, or Boston, and me and 500,000 of my closest friends have a huge freaking tomato fight.
