The real-life Garfield the cat? "Fucks given: zero"

Before anyone claims that the cat is incapacitated in some way, someone on Twitter noted that the location is a boulevard in Rio de Janeiro and this chillest of cats is there frequently. So no animal cruelty involved, but the dog owner seems like a dick for not pulling Fido away.
