Tuned in to the Lakers-Warriors game... LeBron wasn't playing... due to "load management issues"
I guess that's a euphemism for "rest day" -- which would be totally understandable since he's coming back from an injury and conditioning and all that...
but "load management issues" really sounds like a euphemism for, well, something else... 
Which genius in the Lakers' media relations team came up with that one?
