He spent years ratfucking the franchise/city/stadium situation to break the lease and leave the city.

This article hits some high points - It also white washes the NFL's actions to the maximum extent they can get away with, focusing almost entirely on Kroenke as if he acted alone

in STLMO, never did/never showed good faith. Still being sued (I am assuming so) for $30 million spent by the city to keep the RAMS here. Again, billionaires preying upon each city in the country for best deals and then yanking their teams out of old cities to grab enticements. When is enough, enough?
