will the crusty buildup break my wife's fingernails when she is out scrubbing that sticky crap off the windows 3 or 4 days a week? I guess if she wears sneakers while rappelling down the windows the glass will be safe.

My 2nd thought was who's going to want to navigate that ladder in the middle of the night to use the toilet. I guess they could keep a pee pot in the tree house and empty it in the morning. Or I guess a guy could just whiz over the edge.
