Anyone have a Roku that doesn't sync video and audio?

For some reason the screen freezes for a few seconds and when it starts up again, the video and audio are not linked. So you can have a female guest on the screen with their lips moving, while you are hearing a response from the male host. This is happening every fifteen to twenty minutes. It's easy to fix, but annoying. Just change the channel and come back and everything is synced again.

Anyone know why this kind of glitch happens with Roku?
